Does the DUZcart collapse?
We feel the safety the stable frame provides to the worker is our top priority. With that in mind, the DUZcart does not collapse.
How high does the DUZcart extend?
The DUZcart will extend up to 10ft 6in. Need to go further? Be sure to reach out about our DUZcart extension top. This will allow you to get 18 inches higher.
Do we sell direct or through distribution?
Both! Which-ever option is best for you. Some of the distributors we work with are Anixter, Graybar, Grainger, and others!
What is the lead time?
While this can always change, our usual lead time is 1-2 days from when payment is received.
Can you rent a DUZcart?
We currently do not offer the DUZcart for rental.
Can you patch a cover or fix a zipper?
We have found that nothing really adheres well to our custom nylon material. Currently, there is not a patch kit, but replacement covers are available. There is no kit in place to fix a zipper either. If you need a new custom nylon cover for your DUZcart, we have replacements available at a price point with the customer in mind.
How many sizes does the DUZcart come in?
All DUZcart are the same dimensions (30in x 60in x 77 in). The DUZcart models range in weight starting at 105 lbs for the DZ-CRT
Does the DUZcart come with a HEPA vacuum?
It depends! The DZ-CRT and DZ-CRT-8 do not include a HEPA vacuum. All other models (DZ-PRO, DZ-HEPA, and DZ-SCRUBBER) come with an interior installed vacuum or air scrubber as well as a custom HEPA exhaust filter.
Where do they ship from?
All DUZcarts ship from Indianapolis, IN.
Is the cover replaceable?
Yes! We have replacement covers available. The replacement covers will fit all DUZcart models.
Do you offer quantity discounts?
We are not able to discount the DUZcart. Lucky for you though the DUZcart provides a remarkable amount of value while still being an extremely high-quality product.
Are DUZcarts ICRA compliant?
Yes! There is also a document holder located on the cover outside of the entry door to display paperwork.
How much assembly is required?
The DUZcart comes fully assembled and all you do is unpack it!
Is there a safe way to transport the DUZcart?
Make sure whatever you use to transport the DUZcart can accommodate its footprint:
60in L x 30in W x 77in H
DO NOT transport the DUZcart laid down on its side. Doing so could damage your cover and void any warranty you have. If you plan to transport the DUZcart and it will be exposed to high wind speeds, please consider a DUZcart travel cover. The heavy-duty vinyl cover is equipped with multiple rings on the outside so you can strap the cart down safely in the back of a truck. Any damage sustained by high wind speeds would void any warranty.
Can you upgrade your DUZcart?
Absolutely. We have retrofit options available to upgrade any DUZcart model. We offer 8”, Pro, HEPA, ULPA, and Air Scrubber conversion kits.
What is the best way to store the DUZcart?
Treat the DUZcart like any other important tool in your arsenal. Avoid storing your DUZcart in extremely cold environments. Doing so could result in cracking of the windows on your cover.
Can you make the DUZcart cordless?
You certainly can. We have multiple cord management options at different price points. Both will effectively eliminate the tripping hazards that cords can present in an active environment.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please do not accept damaged crate deliveries. If product arrives damaged from shipping, please reject the shipment and contact us.
